So often we send random e-mails each another, but today I feel compelled to tell you about a wonderful Travel Agency - JMW Travel.
I recently made arrangements with JMW for a trip for my parents. Unfortunately, that trip was set to leave from JFK on Monday, the day after NYC had the largest snow storm in their recorded memory. Needless to say, my parents plans were radically changed and they were the unfortunate victims of Airport customer service (anyone who has traveled has a story).
